All Peak Beings Yoga Teacher Trainings are Yoga Alliance Certified.  The 200 Hour Caribbean Coast Unified Yoga Teacher Training™ will take place at the beautiful Samasati Nature Retreat.  You will have the amazing opportunity to take your training here, experience a different culture and practice yoga in a natural environment surrounded by the sounds of monkeys and exotic birds.  This training is an all inclusive training which includes the training, 25 nights of lodging, and 3 vegetarian meals daily.  A variety of Accommodations are available to select from including Single or Double Occupancy.

Dates

Training Dates are Saturday, January 5 through Wednesday, January 30, 2013.

• Arrival Date to Samasati is Saturday, January 5, 2013.  There will be a welcome meeting in the evening.  Try to arrive to the San Jose airport (SJO) by no later than 12:00 pm if you are planning on traveling straight to Samasati on the day you fly in.  Please see our FAQ page for transportation options from San Jose to Samasati.

• Departure Date from Samasati is Wednesday, January 30, 2013.  Graduation will be on the evening of Tuesday, January 29th and there will be a morning yoga session on Wednesday, January 30th.  Please see our FAQ page for transportation options from Samasati to San Jose.

Sample Daily Schedule (Monday to Friday)

• 6:00 to 8:00 am - Morning Yoga Practice

• 8:00 to 10:00 am - Breakfast and Break

• 10:00 am to 1:30 pm - Morning/Afternoon Session

• 1:30 to 2:30 pm - Lunch

• 2:30 to 5:00 pm - Free Time (beach, hike, siesta)

• 5:00 to 7:30 pm - Evening Session

• 7:30 to 8:30 pm - Dinner

Training Rates and Accommodations

Prices include the training and all materials, 25 nights lodging at Samasati Nature Retreat and three amazing 4-star vegetarian meals each day in the beautiful open-air restaurant overlooking the Caribbean Sea.  Tea, filtered water, and snacks are also available throughout the day.  A listing of the types of accommodations and rates are listed below.  You can also check out the descriptions of the accommodations here (Prices include the 13% Costa Rica Tax).

Bungalows: Triple and Double Bungalows are nestled into a lovely tropical garden.  All bungalows have private bathrooms with hot water and spacious verandas overlooking the jungle and ocean.

- $4,795 per person - Double Occupancy (available to couples/friends)

Standard Guest House: Standard Guest Houses are located in a sweet jungle valley favored by toucans, monkeys and dazzling butterflies.  Each room has two single beds, open onto a spacious veranda with cozy, inviting hammocks.  Shared bathrooms are located at each end of the Guest Houses with hot water.  This location is conveniently located between the Yoga Room and the Restaurant.

Samasati Nature Retreat’s facilities include a large hot tub overlooking the ocean where you can watch the toucans flying though the trees below.  A wide variety of massage sessions are also offered in the massage-treatment house.

Payment plans are also available.  $500 Deposit reserves your space in the training.  Accommodation types are limited and are confirmed with Full Payment.  Full payment for the payment plans are due 30 days prior to the start of the training.  $500 deposits are non-refundable, but may be be transferred to another upcoming training.
