This Coast to Coast Traveling Yoga Teacher Training™ is one of a kind training and is Yoga Alliance Certified. During this 200 Hour Unified Yoga Teacher Training™ you will visit the Caribbean Coast, Central Valley and Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. We will spend 12 days enjoying the beauty and tranquility on the Caribbean Coast at Samasati Nature Retreat and then travel across the beautiful landscape of Costa Rica in a private shuttle to the majestic Central Valley and home of Chirripó National Park. We will spend 3 peaceful days at La Montaña Azul located on a mountain top with unbelievable views. Following our stay in the Central Valley we will travel via private shuttle/taxi to the exotic Osa Peninsula and Corcovado National Park on the Pacific Coast. Here we will spend 13 days at the tropical Luna Lodge. This training is an all inclusive training which includes the training and all materials, Transportation from the Caribbean Coast to the Pacific Coast, 28 nights of lodging, and 3 vegetarian meals daily. A variety of Accommodations are available to select from including Single or Shared Occupancy.

Dates
Training Dates are Saturday, April 7th through Saturday, May 5th, 2012.
- Arrival Date to Samasati is Saturday, April 7th, 2012. There will be a welcome meeting in the evening. Try to arrive to the San Jose airport (SJO) by no later than 12:00 pm if you are planning on traveling straight to Samasati on the day you fly in. - Departure Date from Luna Lodge is Saturday, May 5th, 2012. Graduation will be on the evening of Friday, May 4th and there will be an optional morning yoga session on Saturday, May 5th. Please see our FAQ page for transportation options from Luna Lodge to San Jose.

Sample Daily Schedule (Monday to Friday)
- 6:00 to 8:00 am - Morning Yoga Practice
- 8:00 to 10:00 am - Breakfast and Break
- 10:00 am to 1:30 pm - Morning/Afternoon Session
- 2:30 to 5:00 pm - Free Time (beach, hike, siesta)
- 5:00 to 7:30 pm - Evening Session
Training Rates and Accommodations
Prices start at $4,395 and include the Training and all materials, 28 nights lodging, Transportation from the Caribbean Coast to the Pacific Coast, and three amazing 4-star vegetarian meals each day. Tea, filtered water, and snacks are also available throughout the day. (Prices include the 13% Costa Rica Tax)
Bungalows/Suites: Shared Occupancy Bungalows (Double or Triple, depending on availability at time of registration) are nestled into lovely tropical gardens. All bungalows have private bathrooms with hot water and spacious verandas with majestic views. Deluxe Guest House/Casita/Hacienda Room: These cozy Double Occupancy Rooms are located in the tropical jungle and close to the main lodge and restaurant (Double Occupancy). Standard Guest House/Nature Lover Tent: Standard Guest Houses and Nature Tents are located in a sweet jungle valley favored by toucans, monkeys and dazzling butterflies. Payment plans are also available. $500 Deposit reserves your space in the training. Accommodation types are limited and are confirmed with Full Payment. Full payment for the payment plans are due 45 days prior to the start of the training. $500 deposits are non-refundable, but may be be transferred to another upcoming training.
