DESCRIPTION

The Costa Rica - Peaceful Rainforest and Exotic Pacific Coast Retreat (8 Days/7 Nights) will take you to two of most amazing and diverse places in Costa Rica.  Our first stop is located in a private ecological sanctuary bordering the Chirripo National Park, at 1400 meters altitude (4200 ft). La Montaña Azul,¨The Blue mountain¨ is filled with gardens, meadows and orchards, graced with pristine clear water, surrounded by majestic primal forests and rivers. The amazing variety of birds, butterflies and flowers cannot but open the heart of the visitor. A true Garden of Timelessness! One cannot enjoy so much peace! After 2 unforgettable days at La Montaña Azul we will head to the Osa Peninsula on the Pacific Coast of Costa Ricai.

The pristine rainforests and the natural beauty of the Osa Peninsula, on the Pacific coast make this region among the most beautiful areas in Costa Rica.  It is declared as ‘one of the most biologically diverse places on earth’ by National Geographic.  The Osa Peninsula has become the premier eco-tourism destination in the country. We will be there for 3 wonderful nights, at Encanta La Vida Rainforest Lodge, where you will have time to relax through yoga, watch the sun set over the Pacific, take peaceful walks in the rainforest, try surfing and admire the amazing wildlife of the area.  Check our FAQ page or email info@peakbeings with questions.

ITINERARY

Day 1: SAN JOSE – Hotel 1492
Arrival Day to San Jose, Costa Rica. Free day, no activities planned. Check out San Jose downtown, shopping centers, museums and restaurants. Night meeting scheduled. (No meals included, enjoy some local Rice & Beans!)

Day 2: SAN GERARDO DE RIVAS – MONTAÑA AZUL
Breakfast in San Jose, early departure and private van transfer to the Caribbean Coast (approx. 4.5 hours). Upon arrival at La Montaña Azul: Lunch and free afternoon to explore the area and enjoy of the lodge facilities. Afternoon Yoga Session and Dinner. ( Breakfast , Vegetarian Lunch and Dinner included)

Day 3: SAN GERARDO DE RIVAS – MONTAÑA AZUL
Morning Yoga Session, Breakfast, free morning time, Lunch, free afternoon for Optional Activities, Evening Yoga Session and Dinner. (Vegetarian Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner and hike to the waterfall included)

Day 4: OSA PENINSULA - ENCANTA LA VIDA
Morning Yoga Session, Breakfast, private van transfer to Osa Peninsula ( aprox 5 hours) Lunch, free afternoon, Evening Yoga Session and Dinner. (Vegetarian Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included)

Day 5: OSA PENINSULA - ENCANTA LA VIDA
Morning Yoga Session, Breakfast, Private Van transfer to Osa Peninsula (approx. 5 hours). Upon arrival to Osa at Hotel , free afternoon for Optional Activities and to enjoy the lodge facilities and dinner. (Vegetarian Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 6: OSA PENINSULA - ENCANTA LA VIDA
Morning Yoga Session, Breakfast, free morning, Lunch, free afternoon for optional activities, Evening Yoga Session and Dinner. (Vegetarian Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)

Day 7: San Jose – Hotel 1492
Morning Yoga Session, Breakfast (included) Private Van transfer to San Jose, Hotel Don Carlos (approx. 8 hrs). Free evening to relax and prepare for your return back Home! (Breakfast only included)

Day 8: San Jose - Departure Day!
Breakfast and then off to the airport to catch your flight. Have a safe flight and PURA VIDA !!!! (Breakfast included)
