What is Yoga Dance?

yoga danceYOGA DANCE is an adventure! A fusion-filled practice of chakra-yoga involving joyful breathing and movement through every posture. In this class we will have tons of fun while at the same time heal the entire body, including the mind, the seven energy centers, the chakras, and the spirit through rhythm, movement, and fantastic music! It is accessible to everyone!

Yoga dance is for everyone! No experience in yoga or in dancing is previously required.

What happens during class?

Yoga Dance creates a sacred space for you to embody fully into your inner nature. We dance our bodies and souls through each one of the chakras, allowing to unfold our deepest emotions, align our energies, and have fun!

We dance throuh each one of the seven energy centers, and find movement and expression for each one through movement and yoga postures.

Through this amazing experience, you allow yourself to discover your body, awaken movement and rhythms, and celebrate life itself!
