What is Children´s Yoga?
Children´s Yoga is a fun, playful and interactive class of 30 or 45 minutes designed specially for children to develop strength, awareness, concentration and discipline through fun yoga postures accompanied with amazing music specially for kids.
What happens during class?
During class, we practice yoga postures and movement, through fun and playful animal and object poses and through story telling scenarios to facilitate attention and interaction. We also do short meditations, practice breathing, and fun games through visualization, dancing and singing.
What are the benefits?
Some of the benefits of yoga in children are the following: increase of focus, concentration and self awareness, learn to socialize and interact with other children, improve confidence in themselves, relaxation, have fun, awareness of breath and development of inner and physical strength.
We offer individual and group classes an workshops for children, adolescents, and family classes.
