Why Corporate Yoga?

More and more employers are trying to figure out ways to attract and hold on to valuable employees.  These days the size of the paycheck isn’t always the thing that makes people want to work where they work.  Employees are becoming more and more aware of the effects of stress and hours at the office on their physical well-being and are beginning to look for a place where they can ‘feel’ good about working and look forward to going every week.

The look in people’s eyes after a lunch time yoga class is priceless to a teacher.  Yoga transforms its practitioners over time and there is no place where it is more evident than from a person coming in from their desk or a meeting and spending 45 minutes to 1 hour in a place where they can rejuvenate and regroup.  The smiles on people’s faces from just spending some time taking some conscious breaths and movements are incredible.  It is like they were just put on a battery charger and are ready to continue on about their day.  It is clear that they are going back to work energized and more present and with greater mental clarity and focus.  At PEAK BEINGS we feel that there is no better place for yoga than in the workplace.

How can I provide a space suitable for the yoga class?

Do you have a conference room that isn’t occupied during lunch or before/after work?  We can turn it into a yoga space and provide you and your employees yoga at work.  We are currently scheduling classes and workshops in the Boulder/Denver area.  We can come to your work or school.  We offer a variety of packages, including company sponsored or employee sponsored classes, weekly or daily, beginner to advanced.  Classes starting as low as $50/hour for company sponsored programs to $8/class for employee sponsored programs.  Show your employees and fellow co-workers that you care and create a well-being program through yoga and bring some smiles and light into your workplace.
